I Madhukar Angur as a teacher understands my responsibilities that my students should be able to choose correct profession . As choosing a career is a dilemma for many . Students generally don’t realize their skills , interests and aptitude , personality preferences . Sometimes, the person doesn’t know him or herself well enough to make a specific career or college major choice. First the person should realize what he or she would like to do . Then one should understand about his / her chosen career’s objectives , demands , growth opportunities.
One should know all these answers about various traits of his / her personality like :
SKILLS: What are your personal strengths and weakness?
INTERESTS: What sorts of activities and subjects do you find interesting?
STYLE: What style of work environment are you looking for?
VALUES: What values are important to you in your ideal career?
Students can also go for Personality tests so that they can decide the Profile they want to opt for . So, choose wisely and select a field that enriches your talent as much as possible.
